Sen. YARI Congratulates Newly Commissioned 89 Regular Intake

The Former Governor of Zamfara State and Senator Representing Zamfara West Senatorial District, Alhaji Abdulaziz Yari has congratulated the 88 successful indigenous of the state commissioned under the 89 regular intake of the Nigerian Army Depot, Zaria.

Addressing the cardets at the passing out parade of the 89 regular intake held in the institution in Zaria, commended their resilience for making it to the final stage of the training culminating into their successful commissioning into the Nigerian Army.

Sen. Yari who was represented by the Zonal Co-ordinator of his Constituency office, Alhaji Sha’ayau Yusuf urged them to be good ambassadors and also to ensure that they exhibited tenacity and bravery so that the ongoing Federal Government onslaught on insurgency will continue to record huge success.

(Danmadamin Birnin Magaji) said, the Zonal Constituency office in collaboration with all the relevant agencies will continue to secure such employment opportunities across all boards for deserving constituents so that the rate of unemployment amongst youth will reduced to the barest minimum.

Senator Abdulaziz Yari further called on the youths to apply for the ongoing recruitments under various security agencies in accordance with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR’s directives.

He added that the Marafan Sokoto is currently funding over 2,000 indigent and orphan students from Zamfara State to pursue a various degree programs in about 20 tertiary institutions in Nigeria.

“Some of the lucrative courses sponsored include medicine, engineering, architecture, ICT, and many other technical courses, under a well-developed Scholarship Initiative. The statement said.

In a related development, Sen. Yari has created another comprehensive package of scholarships to support the education, Health and socio economic well-being of 20,000 orphans from basic to university level in order to reduce the number of out-of-school children who are primarily victims of banditry.

Alhaji Sha’ayau Yusuf therefore appealed to people in the State to avail themselves with these services.
