Tambou Describes Dr Otuaro As Dependable Leader, Leading N’Delta Rebirth -From Grassroots Activism to PAP Administrator

The National Coordinator of the APC South South Youth Council (APC SSYC), Comr. Preye Tambou has endorsed Chief Dr. Denis Brutu Otuaro’s outstanding leadership as the Presidential Amnesty Administrator, citing that his selfless efforts to empower ex-agitators and bring lasting peace to the Niger Delta region were shining examples of visionary leadership.

According to him, since his appointment by President Bola Tinubu on March 14, 2024, Dr. Otuaro had spearheaded transformative reforms that have redefined the programme’s impact.

He said Otuaro had introduced innovative strategies aimed at enhancing the reintegration of ex-agitators, fostering sustainable development in the Niger Delta, and ensuring the programme fulfills its mandate with greater efficiency and accountability.
