Three Explosion killed 9 people in Dansadau Road

Explosion suspected to be an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) killed 9 people in Kwankelai junction nearest to Ruwan Dawa village of Magamin Maitarko.

An eye witness Mal. Yunusa Isah residence of Malele Village said, the IED exploded on three strategic locations where the first one killed four people instantly.

“Bandits planted bombs and the first one killed four people even though the convoy is very long we can’t reach the exert location where the bomb exploded. Mal. Yunusa said.

Mal. Yunusa Isah also said, another IED exploded with trailer where another five people died while a woman that was confused struggling for safety marched by canter truck.

“The second IED exploded with trailer and killed 5.

The Zamfara state police command spokesperson Yazid Abubakar confirmed the incident but said, the details of the casualties is yet to be Compiled.
