Trump Warns Colombia’s President After Reported US Operation in Venezuela

US President Donald Trump has reportedly issued a warning to Colombian President Gustavo Petro, telling him to “be careful or face military invasion” following an alleged US military operation in Venezuela and unconfirmed reports of the capture of President Nicolás Maduro and his wife.
The remarks were made in a video circulated by BRICS News on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday. In the footage, Trump appeared to justify his comments by accusing Colombia of involvement in cocaine production, claiming the drugs were being trafficked into the United States. He added that President Petro “has to be watchful” over such activities.
