Tunde Onakoya Gifts Lookman Custom Chessboard

Founder of Chess in Slums Africa, Tunde Onakoya has gifted a custom chessboard to Super Eagles and Atlético Madrid forward, Ademola Lookman.

He received the chessboard at the Wanda Metropolitano, Madrid, Spain when Atletico Madrid played RCD Espanyol.

Lookman scored in the 58th minute during Atletico Madrid’s 4‑2 win over Espanyol, helping the club extend its unbeaten run in La Liga.

The board, part of Tunde Onakoya’s NEOCHESS collaboration, features a personalised inscription expressing admiration for Lookman’s journey and achievements.

Tunde Onakoya also describes him as Africa’s best after a standout display on the pitch.
