Two years in office: Moni lauds Dr. Dennis Otuaro’s Leadership, reforms at PAP

A prominent Ijaw leader, Chief Ebis Moni, has congratulated Dr. Dennis Otuaro on his two-year anniversary as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP). Chief Moni commended Otuaro’s leadership, stating that he remains the best administrator of the programme.
Chief Moni, the Sukereowei 1 of the Operemor Kingdom in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, commended Otuaro’s commitment to empowering ex-agitators and promoting peace in the Niger Delta region. He highlighted Otuaro’s achievements, including the deployment of over 200 ex-agitators to foreign schools and numerous others to universities in Nigeria.
The Ijaw leader has also expressed its appreciation for Otuaro’s efforts and reforms.
He praised Otuaro’s transformative leadership, urging President Bola Tinubu to retain him in office, citing key achievements, including the mass deployment of scholarship beneficiaries to universities within and outside Nigeria between 2024 and 2025.
