Your attacks against Dr Otuaro are baseless, misleading – Group tells attention seekers
By Monday Peters, Abuja
The Voice of the Creeks Initiative (VCI) led by Engr Henry Yeigagha has strongly condemned what its described as baseless and misleading attacks orchestrated by One Cletus Okwalekeme against Dr Dennis Otuaro, administrator of the presidential amnesty programme.
According to the group, the allegations are false and aimed at misleading the public and tarnishing the reputation of a respected public servant.
The statement from the Voice of the Creeks Initiative (VCI) described the claims as baseless and lacking credible evidence, emphasizing that PAP operates under defined guidelines and federal oversight, not personal whims.
The group added that the allegations questioning Chief Otuaro’s competence and academic credentials are insulting and unfounded.
The response highlights that the Administrator’s role involves strategic engagement and policy implementation, not just office presence. The attacks are seen as a distraction driven by ignorance, malice, or a desire for attention.
The group urged Chief (Dr.) Dennis Otuaro to remain focused on consolidating peace, strengthening human capital development, and enhancing PAP’s efficiency.
The statement concludes that no amount of propaganda will derail the mission of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
