Zamfara APC endorses Tinubu as sole presidential candidate 2027

The Zamfara State APC stakeholders, leaders and supporters endorses president Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a consensus candidate ahead of 2027 elections.

The crowd of the party supporters unanimously endorsed President Bola Tinubu at the residence of the state party leader Sen. AbdulAzeez Yari Abubakar in Talata Mafara.

Senator Sahabi Ya’u Kaura, representing Zamfara North, moved the motion for the adoption of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the sole presidential candidate in Zamfara state which was seconded by Hon. Member representing Maru/Bungudu Federal constituency, AbdulMalik Zubairu Zannah and later the state party leader AbdulAzeez Yari thrown the motion to the crowd of the party members for voice vote.

In an interview shortly after the event, Senator AbdulAzeez Yari said Zamfara State has no other candidates apart from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and over 4000 party leaders, elders and supporters accepted to endorsed Tinubu’s candidature 2027.

“Our party leaders, elders and supporters more than 4000 adopted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as our consensus candidate in the 2027 general elections and we will triple his votes this time around. Senator Yari said.

Senator Yari further said, President Tinubu’s plans are underway to subsides farming inputs as he did for food stuff last year.

“We are satisfied with President Tinubu’s policies and we have seen how it’s impacted tremendously in crashing the food prices and our president has listing ears, this time around we told him the difficulties faced by farmers due to the hike prices of farming inputs and I’m optimistic that President Tinubu will definitely address this issue squarely. Senator Yari stated.

Also speaking on telephone from the Holy Land of Saudi Arabia, the state minister for Defence, Bello Matawalle urged the party members to be more united and formidable to ensure the party victory.

“As Zamfara APC is one and United, I urged you to be more united and ensure that we reclaim the state mantle of leadership and also canvas more votes to president Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Matawalle said.

The occasion was graced by all APC stakeholders in the state.
