Zamfara APC Governorship race: Dr. Shinkafi no waiver, I became a chance blocker to others

Following the declaration of Zamfara state APC Starwals position on the upcoming party Congresses and primaries that they will never intervene or truncate internal party democracy.

An APC stakeholder in Zamfara state struck out the possibility of accepting any consensus with the state minister for Defence Governorship ambition.

Dr. Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi stated that during a stakeholders meeting of Wamban Shinkafi Democratic Front where they endorsed President Bola Tinubu as consensus candidate.

“Politics is business, I had become a chance blocker to others in APC and No retreat, no surrender, no shacking, I’m still in the APC. Dr. Shinkafi said.

Dr. Abdullahi Shinkafi further weight his political relevancy as against those that accused him of not winning his polling unit.

“Some politicians accused me of not winning my polling unit this is completely baseless accusations and I concord with Senator Yari’s position that this time Zamfara APC will allow internal democracy. Dr. Sani Shinkafi said.

Dr. Sani Shinkafi attributed the failure of APC in the state to lack of internal democracy citing primary cases of 2019 and 2023.

“We lost elections due to irresponsible leadership, 2019 and 2023, APC chase out capable hands that can win elections, examples Amadu Mai Place, Bello Hassan, Engr. Suleiman Ahmad Gummi and all ran to PDP and won. Shinkafi said.

The APC starwal warned his party members against anti-party activities.

“Those that voted for Dauda are APC members, anti-party will never work, let reunites and forgive each other. Shinkafi appealed.

Dr. Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi also threatened to destroy the party when denied chances to display his Democratic popularity in the upcoming primary election as declared his interest to contest for Governorship.

“if I was denied a chance to contest, I will create obstacles that will destroy the party.

“If they ever try to close the door without my participation I will burn the room. Shinkafi threatened.
