Delta 2023: N-Delta Activist, Oluba urges Deltans to support Otuaro’s guber ambition

A prominent Niger Delta Activist, Mr. Timi Oluba has appealed to the people of Delta state to support the ambition of Deputy Governor, Barrister Kingsley Otuaro to become next Governor of Delta state in 2023.

Oluba, a chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party PDP in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State, who spoke to newsmen on Sunday in Warri, said, supporting Barrister Kingsley Otuaro to become next Governor will ensure the continuity and sustainability of the programmes of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.

The community leader, noted that Otuaro being a committed, dedicated and reliable Deputy Governor for about years, he is more positioned to continue or build on the legacy of the present administration.

He added ” in seven years, the Deputy Governor, Barrister Kingsley Otuaro has been a loyal and committed toward the actualization of the policies and programmes of his Principal, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa. The best person to take over from our amiable Governor Ifeanyi Okowa in 2023, is Barrister Kingsley Otuaro”.

Oluba, appealed to the Ijaw leaders and people to queue behind Otuaro and urged the PDP delegates to vote for Otuaro at the primary, adding that Otuaro will surely continue from where Governor Okowa will stop.

The former member of Delta State Waterways Security Committee, pointed that Delta state has been relatively peaceful and secured due to the efforts and initiatives being implemented by Governor Okowa, assuring that same shall be sustained by Otuaro when elected as governor in 2023.
