2023 Polls: Ozobo commends Angele on commitment, hard-work towards PDP victory in Burutu LGA

The Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State Comrade Ozobo Austin has commended the efforts and commitments of the Burutu LGA chairman, Godknows Angele for the strategic and landslide victory of the Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP in Burutu in the 2023 general elections.

This was disclosed in a statement signed by himself and made available to a Congress correspondent on Thursday.

The governor’s aide said the tactical and strategic engagements mechanism employed by the chairman during the LGA campaigns drew the road map of the party’s victory in the LGA.

He said the Burutu LGA boss made many personal commitments and sacrifices in reconciling aggrieved individuals, groups and communities within and outside the PDP during the 2023 general elections.

“He was very proactive in his engagements, he provides instant solutions to problems and rolled out so many reconciliatory methodologies in addressing the numerous challenges that were bedevilling the party during the election.

“We are proud of his contributions as members of the party. He did wonderfully well to give the party an edge over other parties in LGA, and others who also did their best, l congratulate them.

“You always see him on the fielding work during the campaigns, he made sure everything was put in place. He didn’t delegate assignments but he participated in every assignment to ensure things were done appropriately.

“I’m sure God will reward him for his hard work and commitment in leading our great party to a landslide victory in the Burutu LGA,” he added.
