I And Rivers Gov Elect Have No Issues – Wike

The outgoing governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike has debunked rumours about the alleged rift between him and the governor-elect, Siminialayi Fubara.

Wike stated that the alleged rift brewing between him and the incoming governor is false, asserting that people don’t like good things.

The outgoing governor noted this during the unveiling of PAMO University of Medical Science, at Iriebe, Obio / Akpor Local Government Area.

Wike stated that people like anything that will destroy and maintained that the rumour went around because the opposition during the general election has nothing else to say again, than to be saying he and his successor are quarrelling.

He said that he didn’t understand people, and instead of praying that things should move forward, they are happy that he and his successor are quarrelling.

Wike said that those spreading the rumour will suffer.
