IPOB Leader, Nnamdi Kanu Needs Urgent Medical Care – Lawyer

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, was arrested by the outgoing government of President Muhammadu Buhari for calling for secession. He has been in detention since then. His lawyer has said that he needs medical care.

According to the information, Nnamdi Kanu was said to be in urgent need of ear surgery.

Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer, Aloy Ejimakor asserted that his client needs urgent medical care.

According to a post on his Twitter handle, he maintained that the medical unit of the Department of State Security Services, DSS, gave the recommendation to Nnamdi Kanu following his deteriorating health status.

Aloy stated that Barrister Mandela was informed of the latest development when he visited the IPOB leader at the DSS headquarters in Abuja on Thursday.
