Ramaphosa Orders Arrest Of Media Personality Penny Ntuli Over Viral Roadside Dancing Video

By Micheal Chukwuebuka
South African President Cyril Ramaphosa has reportedly ordered the arrest of popular radio presenter Penny Ntuli and a companion after a video of them dancing provocatively by the roadside went viral.
The footage, which quickly spread across social media, showed the pair twerking dangerously close to fast-moving vehicles, drawing mixed reactions online. While some users dismissed it as light-hearted fun, officials condemned the act as reckless and hazardous.
In a statement from the Presidency, Ramaphosa criticised the behaviour, warning that such actions could distract motorists and potentially cause fatal accidents.
“Freedom must be exercised responsibly. Putting lives at risk under the guise of entertainment is unacceptable. Law enforcement has been directed to take swift action,” the statement read.
