Chief Moni Calls for Renewal of Tantita, Maton Pipeline Security Contracts, Praises Tompolo

Pioneer Meinbutus Chairman, Chief Ebis Moni, has called for the renewal of pipeline security contracts awarded to Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited and Maton Engineering Nigeria Limited.

Moni emphasised that High Chief Government Ekpemupolo aka Tompolo, the leader of Tantita Security Services, deserved gratitude from the Niger Delta region for his efforts in curbing oil theft, pipeline vandalism and sea piracy on the waterways.

The Niger Advocate had said that the company succeeded in reducing pipeline vandalism to zero level and improving security in the region to the highest standards.

Moni commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for considering Tompolo and Maton as the best bets for the Niger Delta Pipeline Security Contracts, noting that it has helped boost oil production and stability in the Niger Delta.

Moni reiterated that what Tantita has done for the restoration of the depleting Nigeria economy in the past few years, no community has the capacity to sustain it, adding that Nigeria will drift off the slope if the contract is split.

According to him, Tompolo has done well to restore peace, security and federal government presence in the Niger Delta region, stressing that if it was not Tompolo Niger Delta today would have been worse than northern Nigeria in security wise.

He called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the National Assembly and the NSA to ignore calls by cartels of oil theft to split the contract, maintaining that the fragile peace in the Niger Delta is sustained because of Tompolo involvement in the Surveillance Contract.
