There’s renewed optimism across Burutu Federal Constituency as American-based industrialist and scholar, Mr. Clark, steps forward with a bold vision for practical, people-centered representation.

Widely respected for his blend of industry expertise and academic depth, Hon. Ebipade Roland Clark is positioning himself as a bridge between global best practices and local realities. With a Bachelor’s degree from the United States, a Master’s degree from the United States, and a PhD in view from a top U.S. institution, he says his background equips him to tackle Burutu’s long-standing challenges with data-driven solutions.

Ebipade Clark is a direct son of the late foremost Ijaw National Leader, ormer senator and federal commissioner in the second republic.

Addressing PDP party leaders and youths in Kiagbodo shortly after winning the Burutu federal constituency house of representatives party primaries, Clark said Burutu’s potential in maritime trade, fisheries, and renewable energy has been underutilized for too long.

“My promise is simple: practical representation,” Clark stated. “Not big grammar, not empty promises. We’ll focus on jobs, better healthcare access for riverine communities, quality education, and infrastructure that actually gets built and maintained.”
