IPF Felicitates NMU Registrar, Dr. Paul Bebenimibo, on Birthday

The Ijaw Publishers’ Forum (IPF) has congratulated the Registrar of the Nigerian Maritime University, Dr. Paul Bebenimibo, on the occasion of his birthday, described him as a distinguished administrator and committed educationist whose efforts continue to strengthen both the maritime and academic sectors of Nigeria.

In a goodwill message signed by the Forum’s Secretary, Tare Magbei, the IPF praised Dr. Bebenimo for his dedication to excellence, professionalism, and institutional growth at the Nigerian Maritime University.

The Forum highlighted his outstanding leadership qualities, administrative expertise, and consistent commitment to the advancement of higher education and human capital development.
