“Go and Verify, Otuaro Best Performing PAP Administrator” – 3rd Phase Amnesty Chairman

A former agitator, Gen. Ogidigba Godstime Ogidigba, has described Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro as the best performing Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, since its inception, challenging those calling for his sack to go and verify the records.

Ogidigba, who is the chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme, said the records are crystal clear and available for anyone to verify, noting that ignorance and lack of knowledge of the current state of the programme were responsible for the unwarranted calls for Otuaro’s removal.

He added that since assuming office, Chief Otuaro has repositioned the programme, restored transparency, and prioritized the welfare and empowerment of ex-agitators, achievements which he said were visible and unprecedented in the history of the PAP.

He therefore urged individuals and groups involved in blackmail and propaganda against the PAP boss to thoroughly investigate and fact-check issues before going public, warning that failure to do so would attract legal actions.
