PDP pops up as Adeleke wins Osun governorship election

The People’s Democratic Party, PDP, has gathered more momentum in the Southwest following the party’s candidate Senator Ademola Adeleke, popularly known as the dancing senator winning the just concluded Osun state governorship election.

The winning of Adeleke would increase PDP governors in the Southwest to two.

It was gathered that the PDP candidate won with a landslide as he defeat the incumbent governor Gboyega Oyetola of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, with 402,979 votes to 375,077 votes.
