Fuludu salutes Oborevwori over Supreme Court victory

Former leader of Burutu legislative arm, Rt. Hon. Joseph Asiaye Alubeze Fuludu has felicitated the speaker of Delta State House of Assembly and the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, of the state, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori over his Supreme Court victory.

The lawmaker in a statement said Oborevwori’s victory is well deserved having surmounted all the challenges engulfing his candidacy at the supreme court.

He stressed that Oborevwori’s victory at the supreme court is for all, noting that the PDP candidate would defeat opposition party candidates in the Delta state governorship race come 2023.

Fuludu thanked His excellency governor Ifeanyi Okowa for standing with Oborevwori all through the periods of the legal battles in the state.

He also thanked David Edevbie for congratulating Oborevwori despite losing at the supreme court.

The former leader of the house said Edevbie had shown good sportsmanship by quickly congratulating his brother Sheriff Oborevwori for succeeding in the legal battles between both of them.

He advised followers of David Edevbie to emulate their master and embrace peace for the interest of the party.

Fuludu admonished every aggrieved party faithful to sheathe the sword and work for the victory of the party in the next year’s general election.

He further wished Atiku/Okowa and Oborevwori landslide victories at the presidential and Delta state governorship elections come 2023.

Fuludu also canvassed for massive support for Michael Diden (Ejele), Delta South Senatorial candidate, Rt. Hon. Julius Pondi, reps Burutu federal constituency, Hon. Asupa Forteta Burutu North constituency and Mr. Oloye Burutu South constituency candidate in the 2023 general election as candidates of the party.
