Burutu PDP inaugurates Campaign Council, Vows to Deliver All party candidates in the LGA

The People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Burutu Local Government Area chapter has inaugurated its Campaign Council in the Local Government area ahead of the 2023 general elections.

It was gathered the party converged on Tuesday 8th November, 2022 in the Council secretariat and inaugurated members of the various Campaign committees to effectively manage the campaign processes in the LGA.

The inauguration was done by the Council’s chairman, Godknows Angele and flanked by the party’s chairman, Mr. Ebike Oromoni and others.

The inaugural meeting was attended by Rt.Hon. Julius Pondi, current member of House of Representatives and also the party’s reps candidate in the LGA, Hon. Asupa Forteta, House of Assembly member and Assembly candidate of Burutu North, Hon. Shedrack Agediga, ED Desopadec, Mr Peres Oloye, House of Assembly candidate Burutu South, Funge-Owei Azami, EA to Delta State governor, Oil and Gas, Comrade Ozobo Austin, SA to the governor of Delta State, Richard Tuedon, Mr. Ebisine Kofee Amasuomo, Hon. Combolous Ekisa Vice chairman of the LGA, Barrister Isiah Clark, Emmanuel Akpule, various ward coordinators, members of the LGA advisory board, Finance, Media, security, leaders and others too numerous to mention.

Richard Tuedon on behalf of the inaugurated ward coordinators gave acceptance speech where he appreciated the party leadership for the opportunity given to them to service the Burutu people, adding that they would effectively and diligently carried out their duties to deliver PDP in Burutu come 2023.

Angele while speaking charged the inaugurated members of the various committees to work hard to deliver the party in their various wards, noting that he would support with finance in the inauguration of other ward and unit committees of the party.

The LGA boss charged leaders and stakeholders of the party to remain united and speak with one vice to deliver PDP in the 2023 elections.
