Abia Govt. Suspends Principals of All State-Owned Nursing Institutions

The government of Abia state has suspended all principals of all state-owned nursing, and midwifery training Institutions.

This is according to a release approved by the Governor of Abia state, Alex Otti.

In a statement signed by the state Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Kazie Uko, the suspension of principals of all state-owned Nursing, and Midwifery training institutions have been suspended pending investigation and directives.

“The governor of Abia state, Dr Alex Otti OFR, has approved the suspension of the principals of all state-owned nursing, and midwifery training Institutions, pending investigation and directives.” The statement reads in part.

However, Nwosu Dorothy Njideka, the Director of Nursing in the Ministry of Health was also suspended.
