The Burutu-born Niger Delta rights activist, Comrade Ozobo Austin, has applauded Rt. Hon. Julius Pondi for sponsoring the bill to establish the Federal College of fishery and aquaculture in Tuomo, Burutu federal constituency to a final stage in the green chambers.

This was made available to the Congress correspondent in a press statement signed by himself in Warri on Friday evening.

According to Ozobo, Pondi was the first lawmaker representing Burutu federal constituency to have instituted such a landmark bill and pursued it vigorously to a final stage.

The activist said the Burutu people never regretted voting for him to represent the constituency, adding that his competency was not in doubt.

Ozobo while thanking him, said the school, when established, would benefit everyone in the Constituency and beyond irrespective of class, sex and age.

He assured Pondi of the continued support of the Burutu federal constituency, adding that the prayers of the Burutu people are always with him.
