Sequel to the just concluded State Congress of the All Progressives Congress APC, the State Appeal Committee for Delta State has been constituted and mandated to receive petitions and complaints arising from the State Congress held Saturday October 16, 2021.
In a statement signed Sunday October 24, 2021, by the State Appeal Committee Chairman Hon. Matthew Omegara and Secretary Ken Ozo-Enemmo Esq, stressed that party members who were aspirants or candidates in the said congress were expected to submit their petitions and complaints to the State Appeal Committee from Monday October 25, to Friday October 29, 2021 between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
According to the statement, petitions and complaints should be submitted at the All Progressives Congress APC Secretariat plot 4 Anwai Illah road, GRA phase 1, core Area, Asaba Delta State.
The statement added that aspirants or candidates who intend to appeal the outcome of the state congress were enjoined to ensure that petitions and complaints were submitted within the specified period.
