Asupa felicitates Okowa for emerging as Atiku’s running mate

The Lawmaker representing Burutu North Constituency, Hon. Asupa Forteta Peter has felicitated with His Excellency, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa for emerging as the vice presidential candidate in the People’s Democracy Party, PDP.

This was contained in a press statement signed by himself and sent to Congress correspondent in Warri, Delta state on Friday morning.

The lawmaker said he wasn’t surprised over the overwhelming victory of the governor of the state, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, having known his pedigree and charming qualities of leadership in him.

Asupa added that Okowa’s victory is well deserved and a victory for Delta state as a whole.

He said Okowa possess all the qualities of being a presidential candidate in the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.

The Burutu lawmaker assured Okowa and Atiku of more support from Delta state and beyond during the 2023 general elections.
