Bayelsa: Deputy governorship candidate Media aide arrested over alleged possession of firearms, ammunition

Following the Saturday Bayelsa State governorship election, the security operatives deployed to the state have apprehended a media aide to Great Joshua, the deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC in the state.

This was gathered from a viral video where the deputy governorship aide, Mr Jonah Daumie was paraded with nakedness and with some arms and ammunition by the security operatives.

The video depicts that he was going to his community to vote when he was arrested.

While responding to questions, he affirmed that he is a media aide of publicity and public affairs to Great Joshua Maclver, the deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
