Bolt Driver Stabbed To Death By Suspected Car Snatchers

A bolt driver, simply identified as Francis Atabi, has been stabbed to death around Mary Slessor Roundabout, Calabar, by suspected car snatchers.

According to information, the incident occured Friday, May 26, at about 7pm.

It was gathered that the driver was from Afrike, Bekwarra, Local Government Area.

In an attempt to snatch his vehicle, the driver resisted them strongly, so he was stabbed twice and ran out of the car which was still in motion.

The driver was left unconscious, and card drove and killed a bystander as well.

However, his body has been deposited at the UCTH morgue.
