Braduce, Kestin, Julius, Edumogiren, Kurugbe, Eniyeketen, others pay a condolence visit to Oweilaemi over his mother’s death

Following the death of Mrs Kerema Poun-Ere Pereotubo ( nee Ekeinga), the mother of former IYC president worldwide, Barr Pereotubo Oweilami, prominent leaders such as Dr Braduce Angozi, Delta state governorship aspirant, Rt. Hon. Julius Pondi, member representing Burutu federal constituency, Chief Kestin Pondi, Hon. Godwin Edumogiren, Hon. Paul Kurugbe, Hon. James Eniyeketien, Hon. Ozobo Austin, SA political, Dr Doubra Okotete, IYC Western chairman, Princewill Binebai, CEO of Liberator newspaper, Tare Magbei Philip, CEO of Daily report and others paid a condolence visit to Barr Oweilaemi Pereotubo over his 82 years old mother’s death which occurred on Saturday 9th April, 2022, in Torugbene Community, Burutu Local Government Area.

The Burutu leadership said late Mrs Kerema Poun-Ere Pereotubo had lived a fulfilled life, adding that her death was a glorious home call.

They said late Mrs Kerema Poun-Ere died at a time the Ijaw nation needed her motherly wisdom and guidance most, as regards the 2023 political season, adding that she would be greatly missed.

They, however, sympathized with him and the entire family of Pereotubo over the great loss, urging them to find solace, strength and comfort in God.

The leaders who visited his(Oweilaemi) home at Warri Delta State on Saturday evening, promised to stand behind him to ensure he gave his mother a befitting burial.
