The students who are in combination of Deltans and non-indigenes stormed the school on Monday morning , chanting with placards as they called for review of the decision of school authorities in the state.

According to our source: ” Protesting students, both Deltans and Non- Deltans, have arrived Abraka presently. The Main Site 3 gate, the gates of other sites have been locked up, and the protesters can be heard shouting and singing, calling the Governor, Pat Muoboghare and VC’s names, saying “we nor go agree oooo, we nor go agree oooo”.

The protesters had appealed to the governor Ifeanyi Okowa to review the astronomical increase of school fees in State as they don’t want to be involved in ritual activities and sex trade in search for money for fees.

The angry students said the University authorities in the state were pushing students into prostitution and ritual activities by their actions.

The protesters insisted that except the decision on the school fees increment is reviewed, lots of students would drop out of school.
