Breaking: Police release names of successful candidates for 2020 recruitment exercise

The Nigerian Police force, Edo Command has announced the release of the successful candidates for 2020 recruitment exercise in the country with Ref no: 5250/EDS/PRD/VOL.25/73.

In a statement by the Edo state police commissioner which was signed by the command’s PPRO, SP KONTONGS BELLO said successful candidates should check their names in the police website www.policerecruitment.gov.ng.

The statement read partly:”
Edo State Police Command wishes to inform the good people of Edo State that the result of the police recruitments exercise 2020 is out, the names of the successful candidate can be check at the POLICE HTRS Benin city or at www.policerecruitment.gov.ng

“The training commences on 10th – 15th January, 2022 at Police Training School Ogida, Benin City, Edo State. Candidates are to note that late comers will not be admitted for training.

“The candidates are expected to come along with the following for the training:
Two (2) pairs of white round-neck T-shirt and short nicker.
Two (2) pairs of white trainers shoe and white socks.
Two (2) pairs of white sportswear.
Two (2) pairs of white bed sheet.
Two (2) pairs of white pillow cases.
Face mask and hand sanitizer.
Food flacks, with two flat plates and set of cutlery.
One hoe, one cutlass and one broom.
Bucket and toiletries.
Hard cover notebook and pen.
Original copy of National identity card/ slip.
Original copies of credentials.
Four (4) copies of passport photographs with white background.

“The Commissioner of Police Edo State command, CP Philip Aliyu Ogbadu Psc (+), in line with the directive of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, Psc (+), NPM, Fdc, inform the trainees that the recruitment exercise is absolutely free”.

He advised them not to get involved in any form of corruption, adding that in case of any complaint or observation, they should report to this official number – 08100004507.
