BREAKING: Senate Receives Tinubu’s Ministerial List

The Nigeria Senate on plenary on Thursday received the final ministerial list of President Tinubu cabinet.

Congress learnt that the list was presented to the Senate by the Chief of Staff to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila on Thursday.

It was learned Gbajabiamila was led into the red Chamber at exactly 1.19 pm by the Sergeant-At-Arms after a point of Order was raised by the Senate Leader and Senator representing Ekiti Central Senatorial District, Michael Bamidele Opeyemi.

The senate leader raised Orders 12 and 51 of Senate Rules intimating Senators of the Executive communication from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Following the presentation of the letter, Senate President, Godswill Obot Akpabío reads out the list of nominees.

Among nominees to be screened and confirmed by the Senate are:
