Chief Aroni Lauds Dr. Otuaro’s Appointment Into Presidential Campaign Security Committee

Former Niger Delta agitator and Chairman of the First Phase Amnesty Programme, Chief Aaron Oputu, popularly known as Aroni, has commended High Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro on his appointment as a member of the Security Committee of the APC Presidential Campaign Council for the 2027 elections.

In a statement, Chief Aroni described the appointment as well-deserved, saying it reflects Dr. Otuaro’s experience, commitment, and track record in peacebuilding and security matters in the Niger Delta and Nigeria at large.

He noted that Dr. Otuaro, who also serves as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, has consistently demonstrated capacity in handling sensitive national assignments.

According to him, Dr. Otuaro’s inclusion in the committee will add value to the APC campaign strategy and strengthen efforts to ensure a peaceful and successful election in 2027.

Chief Aroni congratulated Dr. Otuaro once again urged him to use the opportunity to advance the interests of the Niger Delta and support the success of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
