Delta 2023: Manager urges Deltans to disregard rumoured endorsement of preferred aspirants

The senator representing Delta South senatorial district in the national assembly who is equally vying for the governorship seat of Delta has urged stakeholders and delegates to disregard the rumour making round that some persons or aspirants had been endorsed as preferred aspirants to succeed the incumbent governor of the state senator Ifeanyi Okowa.

The distinguished senator of Delta South stated further that the news of the purported endorsement of preferred aspirants in the state guber race was a fake news being peddled by fake people.

The lawmaker who spoke during his visit to Ughelli South delegates on Thursday April 22, said fake people who are PDP in Delta and APC in Abuja were the ones manipulating and making fake endorsements, adding that it should be disregarded.

He maintained that such fake people making fake endorsements were not delegates, adding that their fake endorsements were of no consequence.

He insisted that the voting of the next governor of Delta state would be done by PDP delegates and not by fake stakeholders or persons whose trademark was swindling innocent people for self-gratification.
