Delta Gov’ Poll: Isaac, Cousin, Timi congratulate governor-elect Oborevwori, appeal for completion of Ayakoromo bridge

Stalwarts of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Comrade Isaac Ozobo, Assistant secretary Ward7 Burutu LGA, Amb. Eyelayei Cousin, community ambassador to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and Comrade Timi Black, member of the Delta State PDP campaign media committee have congratulated Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori for his well-deserved victory at the last Saturday’s Governorship and the house of assembly elections.
The PDP faithful said Oborevwori’s landslide victory is well deserved, adding that he was the only right man among other governorship candidates to rule the state.
The trios, in a joint statement, said they were not surprised over the Oborevwori victory at the poll, noting that his good attitude and rigorous campaigns across the state had earlier shown that he would win.
“We will always give our support to him to enable him to succeed in his administration. He deserves our support and every well-meaning Deltan should pray for his finishing strong,” they added.
The PDP faithful again appealed to Oborevwori to rapidly complete the Ayakoromo bridge project and prioritized the development of riverine communities in the state once sworn in to avoid resentment from riverine dwellers in the state.
