Domestic Violence: 10yrs old girl poured hot water, defiled and burnt with iron

A woman known as Mrs Ojiugo David Kelechi of Ukaegu Estate Umuobia, Umuahia Abia State, has been accused of defiling a 10years girl, miss Ifunanya with her long fingers for breaking a plate in the house.

A source said the 10years old girl was an abandoned motherless housemaid.

The source said the child was bathed with hot water and stamped with pressing iron when the child mistakingly broke a plate.

The woman, our source described as wicked aunt, also rubbed the girl with pepper and flogged her to a fault.

But the source failed to establish the relationship between the woman and the motherless child.

“She defiled her virginity with her long fingers, rubbed her with dried pepper, forced her to drink a boiled water which left the child with wounds from her mouth, tongue and intestines.

“The woman poured the same hot water mixed with pepper on the girl, flogged her with a hot iron and abandoned her to her faith.

“Am calling on all government agencies in charge of child right protection to please visit little miss Ifunanya as she is helpless in the police clinic Abia State”.

The police in the state who confirmed the incident, said the woman has been arrested.
