Don’t Allow Mischief Makers To Poison Your Mind Against Tompolo –N’Delta Activist Ezekiel Writes Tinubu

A popular Niger Delta rights activist Comrade Daniel Ezekiel has called on president Bola Ahmed Tinubu not to allow mischief makers to poison his mind against Niger Delta warlord, former leader of the Movement For the Emancipation of Niger Delta, High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo following the latest waves of negative publications against the innocent man.

In a statement by the Niger Delta activist Comrade Daniel Ezekiel on Tuesday said there was grand conspiracy by people he described as enemies of the Tinubu’s administration, comprised of people who are close to him, cabals behind oil theft and charlatans parading themselves as ex-militants who are not comfortable with the good job High chief Government Ekemupolo is doing were making attempts to blackmail Tompolo to incite chaos.

The activist said the same strategy was adopted in 2015 by enemies, which led to serious crisis in Niger Delta, reason the country went into recession for the first time in 20 years then.

Ezekiel said president Tinubu should be wary of mischief makers who are hell bent to create estranged path between him and Tompolo.

The statement reads, “Mr. President your predecessor, His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari started his reign on a rosy path with Tompolo, unfortunately, he allowed lies, blackmails and propaganda to get hold of his mind, and before we could say Jack, Tompolo was declared wanted for crime he did not committed.

“Just the way am rasing alarm now, same l did in 2015 by calling on the president then to the danger of allowing people to poison his mind, but illiterate ex-militants who were members of the ruling party saw me as obstacle to their evil agenda which was either to arrest or kill Tompolo.

“This led to my incarceration in DSS custody for two years ,but at the end of the day, what l suggested that landed me in detention was what F.G came back to after damages had been done to the economy.

“His Excellency, you are known to be a strategist, this you exhibited prior to February 25 presidential election, when you stormed Oporoza, headquarters of Gbaramatu kingdom, Warri south west local government area, Delta State to jaw jaw with Tompolo.

“Mr. President, you did this because you know his weight, so why the sudden reservation about him?
It is cristal clear that the massive impact of Tompolo company, Tantita in turning the fortune of Nigeria oil economy around within a year can’t be overemphasized, so it will be a great disservice for a man to have put in his best and in the process lost some of his boys, only for him to be rewarded with blackmails firbricated by perceived enemies and cabals behind oil theft in the country.

“Mr. President, apart from King Ateke Tom, any name you are hearing today among the ex-militants, Asari Dokubo inclusive, who goes about making noise are all PRODUCTS of Tompolo, please sir, such a man is not who your government should handle with a kidsglove.

“His Excellency, you are the one Nigerians voted for, not those aides or party members inciting you against law-abiding Tompolo.
l can tell you for free that nobody will remember them if things should go astray, but you will be the one that all blames will come to just the way it came to your precedessor being the father of all in the country.
God bless Federal Republic of Nigeria”, he maintained.
