Ex-SPE Chairman Dr. Eddy Okoh Felicitates Olu of Warri on 3rd Coronation Anniversary

The immediate past Chairman of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Section 104, Warri, Delta State, Dr. Eddy Okoh, has extended warm felicitations to His Majesty, the Olu of Warri, on the occasion of his 3rd coronation anniversary celebration.
