Fatal road crash kills couple on marriage day in Delta

A newly married couple died in a fatal road crash while returning home from the traditional marriage ceremony in Delta state.

Congress learnt that the new bride and groom died alongside the driver and the groom’s best friend, identified as Timi.

A Facebook source said that Kelvin and his new bride Evi got married on Wednesday, June 21, 2022, and died on the same day on their way back to their home from the marriage ceremony.

The source narrated that Timi bought the car barely two weeks when it was involved in the accident.

It was also gathered that the couple were set to have their white wedding in the coming weekend when they lost their lives.

However, the Facebook source did not disclose the particular area the incident occurred in Delta state.
