Final Passage Rites for Late Ngbilebiri-Mein Monarch Begin August 12-18

The Chiefs-in-Council, the Bigborogha Royal Family, and the entire sons and daughters of Ngbilebiri-Mein Kingdom cordially invite the public to the final passage rites of His Royal Majesty, Bigborogha II, JP, RFMIL, S.H, Pere of Ngbilebiri-Mein Kingdom.

The late monarch, who reigned from 1980 to 2017, passed away at the age of 78, after a remarkable life spanning from 1939 to 2017. The final passage rites will take place from Monday, August 12 to Sunday, August 18, 2024.

A special guest day has been scheduled for Saturday, August 17, 2024, at Mein Grammar School, Kiagbodo, starting at 11:00 am. The event promises to be a grand celebration of the life and legacy of the late Pere of Ngbilebiri-Mein Kingdom.

All traditional rulers, chiefs, princes, princesses, and the general public are invited to attend and pay their last respects to the departed monarch. The event will be a fitting tribute to the life and times of His Royal Majesty, Bigborogha II.
