Former IYC Officer Covenant felicitates Otobo over appointment as SA security to NDDC MD

Former Mobilization Officer, IYC, Western Zone, Comrade Fanti B. Covenant has congratulated Hon. Ibarakumo Otobo over his appointment as SA SECURITY TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF Niger Delta Development Commission,NDDC.

This was contained in a statement by himself which a copy of it was sent to Congress correspondent on Saturday.

Covenant said Otobo is a very resource person, adding that he had done much to deserve the appointment as SA security to the NDDC managing director.

The statement reads: “It is part of my obligations to officially write to congratulate our own brother, a friend and leader Hon. Ibarakumo Otobo on his well deserved appointment as SA SECURITY TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR NDDC.

“Following your past antecedents and positive records as a former Commissioner of youths Bayelsa State. I am very sure that you will not disappoint the region. Having you in the system has added weighty value & trust in the NDDC and we are convinced that with your capacity, experience and open policy operations, the NDDC will be seen or known as problem solving board and development & empowerment board.

“Indeed, Hon. Ibarakumo Otobo deserves it. May God Almighty direct you to perform the duties allocated to you and you shall be a blessing to the entire Niger Delta.
