GOV OBOREVWORI APPROVES BURSARY PAYMENT FOR INDIGENES IN NIGERIA LAW SCHOOLS

Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has approved financial assistance for Delta State indigenes studying in the seven Nigeria Law Schools across the country for the 2022/2023 academic year.

This approval follows the recent approval of bursary awards to over 30,000 students of Delta State origin in tertiary institutions in Nigeria.

According to Dr. Godfrey Enita, Executive Secretary of the Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board, this approval is in line with Governor Oborevwori’s MORE agenda, which aims to advance human and infrastructural development in the state.

Enita stated that the governor’s commitment to quality governance and human capital development has had a direct impact on the lives of Deltans, and that “Governor Oborevwori is working and Deltans are happy.”
