House-help caught while trying to escape with her madam’s entire jewelry collection

A 23-year-old housekeeper, Happiness, was arrested on Tuesday for stealing her employer’s jewelry and planning to sacrifice her.

According to information, Happiness had been working for the family for just a few months when she told them that she wanted to leave and demanded her salary.

The family was surprised and saddened, as they had grown fond of Happiness. She was known for being kind and caring to their children, and she often helped them with their homework.

On the day that Happiness was leaving, the family did not search her bags until she had left the compound. When they did, they were shocked to find that she had stolen half of their jewelry collection, including their wedding and engagement rings.

The family also found a piece of black cloth tied into a knot containing their mother’s hair and a clay-like substance in Happiness’s bag. Happiness confessed that the items were for a human sacrifice.

According to Happiness, she had been recruited by an evil gang in April 2023. The gang members promised to make her rich if she stole valuables from her employers and brought to them. They also gave her a juju that she was supposed to sprinkle on the outside of her employers’ house to make them forgetful.

They also told her that she must make sure no other person sees the juju otherwise it would lose it powers and she could become mad.
