HRM Pere Ekioemi receives heroic welcome as he visits the traditional headquarters

Personalities including chiefs, women, youths and leaders of the Ojobo federated community have turned out en mass to welcome HRM King (Dr) Ekioemi Oweiagbe John, the Traditional Ruler (Ebenana-owei) of the Operemor Kingdom and His Council of Chiefs from the eleven(11) communities which made up the kingdom during their visit to the Ojobo community, the traditional headquarters of the Operemor Kingdom.

Congress gathered that the Highness Tissa Ekeredein, (Amanana-owei) of the Ojobo community and Similarly Perekpo, chairman of the community were part of the personalities that welcomed the Royal Father to the community during his visit.

However, the people of the kingdom had described the visit of HRM Pere Ekioemi as a new beginning of greater achievement and a sign of a brighter tomorrow for the Kingdom.

The Royal Father through his Media Director, Comr. Timipre Ndoni expressed gratitude for the show of love showcased by the people during his visit to the traditional headquarters of the Kingdom.

According to Ndoni, Pere and his cabinet were so excited seeing the love, honour and demonstration of unity displayed by the people last Saturday 25th June 2022.

He further stated that the joy among the people in the kingdom was evident that the Pere is the people’s choice which emerged from the Chief Bare Etolor’s led screening committee.

Meantime, the Pere during the visit conferred a chieftaincy title, the Fungeowei of Operemor Kingdom to Sir, P . Z Derick as a way of honour for his numerous contributions to the kingdom.

This was followed by the presentation of a picture frame gift to the His Royal Majesty, King Dr Ekioemi Oweiagbe John by the Campaign Media Team of the Royal father as a show of appreciation and diligent service.

The Royal Father in his brief address during the visit thanked the leadership of Ojobo federated community leadership ably led by Mr Tissa Ekeredein, and Mr Similly Perekpo as well as the Council of Chiefs for their show of love by coming to celebrate and honour him.

“This is what is expected of doing as a loving and caring people of the kingdom and I assure you, if we continue to toe this unique line, it will take us a prosperous path,” the Pere said.
