I Confronted APC Asking Why They Didn’t Choose Osinbajo – Peter Obi

The All Progressives Congress (APC) was questioned by Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi, who demanded to know why the APC did not choose Vice President Yemi Osinbajo as their candidate for the 2023 elections.

The LP flagbearer claims that he challenged the party and said that the APC should put forward a candidate like this if they truly have the interest of the country at heart.

Obi said this on Tuesday when he visited Dele Momodu in London to honour the editor of Ovation Magazine’s 63rd birthday.

“I don’t disguise the fact that I want to see Nigeria succeed, at any time,” he said.

Even APC was questioned by Obi, who said, “Let’s have the place working for everyone so that we have people who want to work for the country and are healthy and good.”

He also said that the candidate the APC has put out (Tinubu) may have made a fantastic choice 20 years ago, but that the country now needs someone who can work around the clock.
