I’m vindicated over Ndiomu’s claim of PAP critical to mitigating conflicts in N- Delta -Activist Ozobo

Foremost Niger Delta rights activist Comrade Ozobo Austin has said that he was vindicated by the claims of the Interim Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP Major General Barry Ndiomu that PAP is critical to mitigating conflicts in the Niger Delta region.

This was disclosed in a statement by himself to a Congress correspondent on Thursday.

The advocate said he was happy that Ndiomu who was basking to close down the presidential amnesty programme is now making a U-turn to say the programme is ‘Critical to Conflicts Mitigation and Entrenching Peace’ in the region.

Ozobo asked Ex-agitators that were clapping hands in support of Ndiomu’s attempt to close down PAP, suspension of students’ scholarship scheme and delisting of over 775 beneficiaries with BVN challenges to bury their ugly faces in shame and apologize to Niger Delta people.

The activist stressed that Ndiomu and his petty praise singers should seek forgiveness from God and the ancestors of the Ijaw nation for making anti-people and uninformed policies which had ruined the presidential amnesty programme created with the blood of the innocent Ijaw sons and daughters.

“We are not deterred despite the carnival of Ndiomu and some faceless criminal elements who joined the programme through backdoors to destroy what we have built for years.

“I know no true fighter will call for the termination of the programme, or applaud Ndiomu for suspending students and the scholarship scheme of the programme. We have known them by their actions. The truth is that such criminal elements parading as ex-agitators are not genuine, either they came from the moon or the sun,” he added.
