INEC Resumes Final Phase Of Nationwide CVR Ahead Of 2027 General Election

The Independent National Election Commission, INEC, says the final phase of the Continuous Voter Registration exercise ahead of the 2027 Elections will commence from Monday, May 11th to Friday, 10th July 2026.

A statement by INEC national commissioner for information and voter education, Mohammed Kudu Haruna urges eligible citizens who have attained the age of 18, as well as those who were unable to register during the earlier phases to seize the opportunity to get their Voters’ cards.

Similarly, registered voters who wish to transfer their registration, replace lost or damaged Permanent Voter Cards or correct their biodata are advised to access the Commission’s dedicated online portal.
