IPF’s president, Ozobo congratulates HRM Elder Capt Timiyan on birth anniversary

The president of the Ijaw Publishers’ Forum and the chairman hopeful of Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, Comrade Ozobo Austin has heartedly felicitated the paramount ruler of Ogulagha Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Elder (Capt) King Dr. Joseph .I Timiyan (PhD) Torubobor 1 (Agbonu) on his birth anniversary.

It was gathered that HRM Elder Capt Timiyan JP is the current chairman, Council Of Ijaw Traditional rulers in Delta state.

This is according to a statement he signed and issued to newsmen on Wednesday, describing the paramount ruler as a king with a difference.

Ozobo said the king’s immense contributions towards sustaining the existing peace in Delta and Niger Delta region can’t be overemphasised.

He further said he was elated to join host of other love ones, well-wishers, family members, government functionaries and the king’s fellow royal fathers to celebrate him on his remarkable day.

Ozobo prayed for more celebrations, good health and long reign for the king, maintaining that may his reign drew the needed government’s attention to the development of Ogulagha Kingdom.
