IPF’s president, Ozobo felicitates Delta Speaker, Guwor at 44

The president of the Ijaw Publishers ‘ Forum, IPF, Comrade Ozobo Austin, has felicitated the speaker of Delta State, Rt.Hon.Emomotimi Dennis Guwor on his birth anniversary.

This was contained in a brief birthday message signed by himself which a copy was forwarded to newsmen on Monday.

Ozobo who is an aspirant in the forthcoming Burutu Local Government Council Election in Delta State expressed confidence that the speaker would finish strong and would turn one of the best speaker that had ever ruled the State Assembly.

The IPF president said Guwor emergency as the speaker of the Delta State House Of Assembly was divine and it had created assurance for the young generation that there is hope for them.

He said the state assembly had experienced speed passage of people oriented bills to law since Guwor assumed office as speaker.

Ozobo, however, prayed for God’s divine protection, wisdom, knowledge and the enabling environment for him to succeed in his tenure of office as speaker in the state.
