Just In: Angele presents Dr. Owei-Agbe to Burutu traditional rulers’ council as Ebenanaowei of Operemor Kingdom

The Executive Chairman of Burutu Local Government Council, Rt. Hon. Godknows Angele has officially presented His Royal Majesty, DR. EKIOEMI OWEI-AGBE JOHN, as the Ebenanaowei Of Operemor Kingdom to the traditional rulers Council of Burutu Local Government Area, Delta state, on Wednesday.

Following the presentation of HRM Dr. Ekioemi to the traditional rulers’ council by the Burutu local government council chairman, he (Dr. Ekioemi) was unanimously accepted by the Traditional Rulers Council and was allowed to participate in the council’s meeting today, 21st December, 2023 in Burutu council secretariat.

A close source to the king in Operemor kingdom disclosed this to the Congress correspondent in a statement in Warri Delta state on Wednesday evening.

Recall, sometime in May 2022 Dr. Owei-Agbe was elected as the traditional ruler of Operemor Kingdom, but there had been some contentions. Meanwhile, the official presentation of the king to the traditional rulers’ council indicates that the disagreements in the kingdom had been resolved.
