JUST IN: Court Remands Activist Ezekiel In Kuje Correctional Centre

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has remanded Niger Delta Activist Comrade Daniel Ezekiel Perela at the Kuje Correctional Facility in Abuja over alleged defamation and cyberstalking.
It was gathered that Perela Ezekiel Osia is standing trial on a four-count charge bothering on alleged cyberstalking, cyber-bullying and criminal defamation of High Chief Ekomieyefa Uduboh alias KFT.
According to a report, Before his arrest and arraignment, Perela Ezekiel Osia was defaming Chief Ekomieyefa Uduboh and other well meaning Personalities in the Niger Delta Region.
The report also alleged that he earlier made confessional statements to the Nigerian police at the force headquarters of admitting his actions and accusations.
However, the court adjourned for trial for further days.
